- Actively collaborate with the various committees, boards, and departments in Town to achieve mutual objectives and goals.

- Research to find best the tools and equipment to serve the community with an emphasis on “green” products.
- Regularly utilize our social media to gauge the public’s expectations and use it to outline the department’s vision.
- GOAL: Employ defined and proven strategies that will best serve the employees well-being.

- Provide a fully staffed, diverse, and highly trained employees to reduce fatigue and burnout.
- Provide training in well-being, both mentally and physically, for all officers and staff.
- Have regular planned meetings between all levels of staff to discuss all matters that will better serve the employees and community.
