When the application for a solicitor permit is turned in you will need the following items:
- Government Photo Identification:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Two (2) passport sized photos of the applicant.
- $25.00 (Cash, Bank Check, Money Order or UniPay accepted.
- We strongly encourage applicants to utilize UniPay, which is available here or through the QR code located in the lobby, please print your receipt.
The twenty-five-dollar ($25.00) application fee will not be returned if the permit is denied.
If a permit is denied, you will receive a written response as to why from the Maynard Police Department.
When a permit is issued, you will receive a copy of the Do Not Knock Registry. This is a list of residents who do not want to have a solicitor come to their residence. Please be certain to adhere to this list.
